In his caption, he stated that no stones or bottles were thrown at him, contrary to what some media outlets reported. Instead, a vape was thrown on stage, hitting his team member Subhankar. Upon hearing about this, Sonu paused the show to address the crowd. He reminded the audience that such behavior was unacceptable and warned that the concert would be stopped if it happened again. He humorously added that the only other item thrown on stage was a "Pookie band," a bunny headband that a fan tossed at him, which he wore for the rest of the performance.
