Bollywood actor Salman Khan has received another death threat. On Monday morning, a threatening message was sent to the Mumbai Traffic Police helpline on WhatsApp. The message said the sender would kill Salman Khan at his home and blow up his car with a bomb.The Mumbai Police have registered a case and started an investigation. They are now trying to find out who sent the message. The actor lives with his family in Galaxy Apartments in Bandra, Mumbai.
This is the fifth time in two years that Salman Khan has received such threats. Last year, shots were fired outside his house by people linked to the Bishnoi gang, and after that, his security was increased.In the past two years, not just Salman, but also his father, Salim Khan, has received death threats. Last year, the police even found out about a plan to kill Salman at his Panvel farmhouse. Members of Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang were allegedly watching him and planning to attack.
Lawrence Bishnoi has publicly said that he dislikes Salman Khan because of the blackbuck poaching case from the 1990s. The Bishnoi community considers blackbucks sacred. Bishnoi wants Salman to go to Rajasthan and apologize, or else he has threatened to kill him. However, the court has already dismissed the poaching case against the actor.
