The Ministry of Finance has highlighted findings from the eighth round of NABARD's Rural Economic Conditions and Sentiments (RECAS) survey, painting a picture of rising prosperity, increased spending, and a buoyant future outlook among rural households.
The survey, which is conducted every two months across the country, captures crucial indicators like income, consumption, inflation, and household sentiment.
