The annual All India Prant Pracharak Meeting of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) commenced on Friday morning in Belagavi, Karnataka, bringing together the organisation's top leadership and key functionaries from across the country to review its activities and chart its future course.
The high-level meeting is being attended by RSS Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat, Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale, all Sah Sarkaryavahs, heads and co-heads of various national functional departments, members of the national executive, Kshetra Pracharaks, Sah Kshetra Pracharaks, as well as Prant Pracharaks and Sah Pracharaks from all 46 provinces. Also participating are the All India Organisation Secretaries of various organisations inspired by the RSS.
A major focus of the meeting will be a comprehensive review of the training camps conducted at different organisational levels after March 2026. The participants will deliberate on the implementation of branch-level action plans and discuss ways to strengthen grassroots organisational work across the country.
The meeting will also assess the expansion of RSS shakhas undertaken as part of the organisation's centenary year celebrations. Senior functionaries are expected to review the progress achieved so far and formulate strategies for further expanding the network of shakhas in the coming months.
Another key agenda item is the evaluation of programmes conducted during the RSS Centenary Year (2025–26). The leadership will review completed initiatives while finalising plans for the remaining centenary events. Discussions will also cover the travel schedule of Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat for the 2026–27 period.
According to the organisation, the remaining programmes marking the RSS centenary year will continue until Vijayadashami on October 20, 2026. The Belagavi meeting is expected to play a significant role in shaping the Sangh's organisational priorities and outreach strategy for the months ahead, with a strong emphasis on strengthening its grassroots presence and ensuring the successful completion of centenary year initiatives.
