The national flag will fly at half-mast in government offices across the state, and all entertainment activities will be suspended as part of the state mourning declared on Thursday, October 10.
Ratan Tata, chairman emeritus of Tata Sons, was admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital in critical condition, where he later passed away. His death has left the nation in shock, with condolences pouring in from political leaders, industrialists, and citizens alike.
