Priyanka Chopra has won the 'Best India Act' at the MTV Europe Music Awards. The star of TV series Quantico beat competitors, including Indus Creed, Monica Dogra, Your Chin and The Ska Vengers. PeeCee is now up against Diamond Platnumz, the winning act from Africa, for the title of Worldwide Act: Africa/India. To be hosted by British pop star Ed Sheeran and Australian model-actress Ruby Rose, the EMAs took place at the Mediolanum Forum in Milan, Italy, on October 26. Stars like Pharrell Williams, Ellie Goulding and Afrojack, among other stars, are scheduled to perform at the event.
