PM CARES - Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations) Fund Trust today decided to allocate 3, 100 crore rupees for fight against COVID-19. Out of this amount, a sum of around two thousand crore rupees will be earmarked for the purchase of ventilators, one thousand crore will be used for care of migrant labourers and one hundred crore rupees will be given to support vaccine development.
