The anti-terror probe agency NIA has arrested absconding Khalistani terrorist Gurjeet Singh Nijjar from Delhi Airport. The agency said, Nijjar was hiding in Cyprus, Europe, and was arrested upon his arrival at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in the National Capital on Tuesday night. NIA has informed that Nijjar will be produced in a special court for his transit custody and will thereafter be taken to Mumbai for further investigation. The probe agency said that the accused along with his other accomplices was active on social media platforms and hatched a criminal conspiracy to revive Sikh militancy.
