NCL commenced a new Tyre dismantling and assembling machine at its Khadia project on Monday which can easily mount and dismount Tyres from rim of as heavy as 200T class dumpers in a safe and time efficient manner. NCL has a fleet of more than 500 Dumpers and other Tyre mounted HEMMs which requires regular maintenance of Tyres., This machine eases out the job of changing new Tyre with damaged and worn out ones onto rim of tyre assembly, ultimately increasing the availability of HEMMs for coal production .
