Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today said the City Government has received more than five lakh suggestion from the people on issue of relaxation post third lockdown. Addressing media, Kejriwal said, the suggestions were sought following the meeting held between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and various State Chief Ministers on Monday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had sought suggestions from Chief Ministers during his interaction with them through video conferencing. He said, based on these suggestions, the City Government will send a proposal to the Centre in this regard. He said,most of the people have suggested that schools and educational institutes should remain closed till summer vacations. They have also suggested for plying of buses with limited passengers keeping in mind social distancing norms. Mr Kejriwal said, the suggestions will be discussed at the meeting of State Disaster Management Authority with Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal this evening and after that the government will send a proposal to the Central Government on how much relaxations should be given in Delhi.
