Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has launched HP StartUp Portal, a single window for administering the HP StartUp scheme and collaborating with entrepreneurs, innovators and StartUps leading to commercialization / business development. The portal can be accessed at http://startup.hpcl.co.in. The Innovation Challenge will begin by giving a national call for applications through Print Media and the HP StartUp Portal.
