New Delhi has rejected the observations in the USCIRF Annual Report on India. In response to media queries, External Affairs spokesperson Anurag Srivastava said, United States Commission on International Religious Freedom's biased and tendentious comments against India are not new. He said its misrepresentation has reached new levels on this occasion. Mr Srivastava stated that India regards it as an organization of particular concern and will treat it accordingly.
