Defence Minister @rajnathsingh will be in Pune today to witness the Multi-Agency Exercise, PANEX 21. PANEX 21 is a HADR Exercise participated by BIMSTEC countries. The BIMSTEC region has the potential to build a symbiotic partnership amongst like-minded nations, by strengthening our cultural bonds.
