Nitin Nabin will undertake a three-day organisational visit to Uttarakhand from May 28 to May 30, 2026, in a major outreach programme aimed at strengthening the Bharatiya Janata Party’s grassroots network in the state. The visit will include high-level organisational meetings, interactions with party workers, youth, intellectuals, spiritual leaders and elected representatives.
According to the BJP’s official press note, the visit is designed to review organisational activities and further consolidate the party structure across Uttarakhand. During the tour, Nitin Nabin will participate in several strategic discussions with senior leaders and booth-level karyakartas while also attending cultural and social programmes.
The BJP National President is scheduled to arrive in Dehradun on the evening of May 28. Party workers will welcome him at multiple locations en route to the State BJP Office at Balvir Road. Following his arrival, he will hold a meeting with the State Core Committee and later interact with members of the Council of Ministers.
On the second day of his visit, Nabin will meet the Chief Minister at his residence before visiting the home of former Uttarakhand Chief Minister B. C. Khanduri in Dehradun to offer condolences to the bereaved family. Later, he will chair a series of organisational meetings with BJP MPs, MLAs, state office bearers, district presidents, mayors and panchayat representatives at Hotel Welcom on Rajpur Road.
The visit also carries a spiritual and cultural dimension. On May 29 evening, Nitin Nabin will attend the Maa Ganga Aarti in Rishikesh and interact with saints and seers at Parmarth Niketan.
On the final day, the BJP chief will offer prayers at Tapkeshwar Temple before visiting the homes of booth-level karyakartas in Dehradun to participate in booth committee meetings. The outreach is being seen as part of the BJP’s continued focus on strengthening its grassroots organisational structure.
Nabin will also address an intellectuals’ meeting on the theme “Building Viksit Bharat 2047: The Transformative Role of Higher Education” at Shivalik College of Engineering. Later in the day, he will interact with young people during a “Yuva Samvad” programme at the Chief Minister’s Camp Office in Dehradun, where discussions will focus on the role of youth in achieving the vision of a developed India by 2047.
