Bihar witnessed a sharp decline in fresh #COVID cases. The state's recovery rate rises to around 95%, while test positivity rate declines to 1.97%. Positivity rate comes down below 2% after 48 days. The number of active cases is also decreasing and presently stands at 30,992.
