Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), a defence public sector unit, celebrated its 47th Formation Day recently with lots of activities involving its employees. As part of the celebrations they named BDL Stadium at Bhanur as Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Stadium where the maiden inter-unit cricket tournament was held for award of the Chairman’s Cup. The BDL teams from Kanchanbagh, Bhanur and Visakhapatnam participated in the tournament with “Blazers” team of Bhanur unit emerging winner in the finals. Bharat Dynamics Limited CMD V.
