AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan declared history-sheeter & bad character on March 30. 18 FIRs registered against him till now: Delhi Police. He was arrested by Delhi Police at Madanpur Khadar y'day, where SDMC conducted an anti-encroachment drive; later, he was sent to judicial custody.
