A message to Gen Z, should think of Bharat first- Sunil Mohanty

Dear Gen Z, You are living in a defining phase of Bharat’s history. For the first time in centuries, India is rising together in economy, technology, defence and civilisational confidence. And whenever a nation rises, influence ecosystems also become active, not always through war, but through narratives, psychology and digital manipulation.

This is why you must look beyond trends, hashtags and viral outrage. Across the world, many political experiments follow a familiar pattern:

First projected as “youth-driven” and “anti-corruption,” then amplified through social media ecosystems, and eventually transformed into movements that create distrust against institutions, traditions and national identity itself. India is not untouched by such methods.

Foreign-funded NGOs, lobbying groups, ideological think tanks, digital consultancies and narrative networks openly shape discourse across developing nations. Discussions around foreign influence, media ecosystems and algorithmic amplification are not conspiracy theories, they are part of global political reality.

So ask simple questions whenever a suddenly viral political movement appears:

  • Who is funding it?
  • Who is amplifying it?
  • Who benefits if Indian youth become permanently angry, cynical and disconnected from Bharat’s roots?

Because modern destabilisation begins psychologically, not militarily wearing uniforms.

Criticism of government is democracy.

But training an entire generation to hate its civilisation, distrust every institution and mock its cultural roots weakens the nation itself.

Do not let your genuine frustrations become tools for foreign interests or ideological experiments.

Question power, but stay rooted.

Demand accountability, but protect national unity.

Be modern, but do not become uprooted from your civilisation.

You are not merely consumers of content.

You are inheritors of one of the world’s oldest living civilisations.

Think deeply.

Research independently.

And never allow yourself to become raw material or tool for anti-Bharat agendas disguised as “youth revolution.”

Jai Hind.
