The National Center for Seismology (NCS) reported that the quake occurred at 7:27 am at a depth of 40 km, with its epicenter located at latitude 18.44°N and longitude 80.24°E.
The earthquake sent shockwaves through the region, with residents in Mulugu, Hyderabad, and neighboring areas reporting vibrations. People rushed out of their homes and buildings in panic.
